A safe method to pay is to send a bank check directly to my bank. Each invoice from me will contain my bank details. Online bill payment is offered by all major banks nowadays. That way, you never have to pay postage or purchase an envelope, and if it ever gets lost in the mail, you don't lose any money.

PayPal is acceptable if you send it as a "Personal" transaction and you pay for the PayPal fee. Please contact me for my PayPal account information. One advantage to PayPal is that I can usually begin work on the project immediately.
