Every technical community has its own culture, with both positive and negative elements. The world of Drupal is no exception, but fortunately its members are generally just as welcoming to newcomers as it is supportive of veterans. As a result, the emotional problems often encountered and discussed are typically not perpetrated by others, but instead the inevitable outcomes of self-imposed overwork, leading to varying levels of burnout.
